Welcome to UA*PlushAristoCrAT, a family-run British Shorthair cattery located in Nitra, Slovakia and registered with the Fédération Internationale Féline (FIFe).

Our family and cattery are connected across two European cities: Nitra, Slovakia, and Hamburg, Germany. Some of our breeding cats live with members of our family in Hamburg while remaining part of the UA*PlushAristoCrAT breeding programme. Wherever they live, all our cats are cherished family members and receive the same individual care and attention.

Our main breeding focus is the classic blue British Shorthair, known for its dense plush coat, round expressive face, copper-coloured eyes, strong body and calm character.

Selected cats in our lines may also carry the cinnamon gene, giving us the opportunity to thoughtfully develop selected rare colours in the future while maintaining a strong focus on health, responsible breeding and the preservation of the distinctive qualities of the British Shorthair.

Our kittens grow up in a loving home environment without cages or isolated enclosures. From their first weeks of life, they are surrounded by people and introduced to normal household activities. This helps them develop into confident, affectionate and well-socialised companions.

We carefully select a suitable home for every kitten and help each family choose a companion whose personality matches their lifestyle and expectations.

Our support continues after your kitten arrives home. Every new owner receives personal advice on preparation, feeding, care and adaptation, as well as continued breeder support throughout the cat’s life.
